Terms of Service – Badger Land Designs

Quotes & Payments

• Quotes are free and valid for 30 days.

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept standard payment methods as noted on invoices.

​Payment Terms – Badger Land Designs     •    Deposits: A deposit of 33%–50% is required on projects over $500 to reserve scheduling and cover materials. Balance is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.     •    Invoices: All invoices are due upon receipt.     •    Late Fees: Payments not received within 14 days of the due date will incur a 2% monthly fee (minimum $25) until paid in full.     •    Credit Card on File: Clients authorize Badger Land Designs to securely keep a card on file and charge it for deposits, balances due, and late fees if applicable. Authorization may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

Scheduling & Access

Clients agree to provide safe access to their property (including gates, pets secured, and clear work areas). Weather may affect scheduling, and we will communicate promptly about delays.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Liability

We are fully insured and committed to professional, reliable service. However, Badger Land Designs is not responsible for pre-existing property issues or damage caused by factors outside our control (such as underground utilities not marked).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
